"Wish I could give Andrew a 6. My AC went out yesterday, a Friday, of the hottest week here in years. After a bit of troubleshooting I quickly determined that it was beyond me as I could not even get the furnace fan to come on. So, I began the seemingly fruitless attempt of trying to get someone to come out on a Friday afternoon. Called at least 15 places, best I found was a Monday morning appt, meanwhile my house was getting hotter by the second. Finally got to Andrew and he said would it be ok if he came by after 5? I was stunned. He came over, figured out that he needed a part, went to three different places to find it, came back and fixed it beautifully. Can't say enough good things about the experience. He was on to see another customer after me and had things lined up for Saturday too. The others I called didn't even consider coming by on a Saturday. Do yourself a favor and hire him. It's rare to find someone you can count on wholeheartedly anymore. I've definitely found my HVAC guy!"
