"We used Mailbox Xpress in the summer of 2022, and I have been remiss in not submitting a review. Jimmy was very easy to work with, responsive and friendly but professional. He replaced our old rusty mailbox with both a new mailbox and wood post. Jimmy even took the metal numbers from our old mailbox, painted them, and placed them on the other side of our wood post at no charge. He was great to work with, and I highly recommend his services!"

"It turned out ok. They gentleman that came he was nice and everything but when he did the initial installation he seemed a little pressed for time so one of the speakers that he hooked up was not responding properly so he had to come back and take care of that. But other than that it was a pretty good experience."

"The provider showed up on time and prepared. There were some issues with the internal wiring of my house (1930s construction) that complicated installation. He informed me of my two options -- one was to have the fan installed, but it could not be controlled by the wall switch, or the other was to rewire the wall switch and the wiring to the fan to allow the fan to be controlled by the wall switch -- at a substantial cost. I liked that he was honest with my about my options rather than merely stating it would cost me extra to install the fan, given the age/condition of the wiring.
