"Frank was terrific! One of my Attic Fans was not running while the other was. Another company came out and told me the non-working fan needed to be replaced since it had electricity to it. When Frank came out to replace the fan, he lowered the thermostat setting and the fan worked. Wow, can you believe that, one simple test to realize the fan didn't need to be replaced. Frank adjusted the settings on the thermostats for both attic fans and only charged me a $60 service charge. He could have replaced the fan or charged me for it and I wouldn't have known the difference. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism! "Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."
