"I initially spoke with Seymour on the phone. I drove out to purchase a fan and pick it up and realized it was much larger than would fit into my car. While I was there Seymour took a few minutes to show me the different sizes and make some recommendations for installation.

I later called and purchased over the phone and he had it delivered to my front door in Westminster promptly. This isn't a big company, from what I can tell Seymour runs the company from his home. To me this is great, it is obvious he cares about what he is selling and if you are also supporting local Denver business.

Along with the fan and vent cover being delivered, I was provided with DIY instructions for installation which were enhanced from the basic instructions provided by the manufacturer. The install went well, and Seymour mentioned I could call if I got stuck and he would walk me through it.

The product is very high quality, it is hard to find stuff like this at a big box store.

I had a very positive experience, I enjoy doing business with someone local who is passionate about what they are selling.
If you want to buy a high quality fan locally, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone purchase a fan from Seymour at atticfan.com.

I love the attic fan, I have not run my A/C since installing this at the end of July.

"The job was to move a house's wiring from one electric meter to another. The work took the Leading Edge electrician 2 hours, and he did a good job. Everything was done right the first time. Having given credit where it is due, I would not be telling the full story without mentioning some serious issues: (1) They were hired on March 10. They said they would do the job the week of March 16; that week came and went with no work done (and no update of any kind). The delay continued until March 31, when I basically said it was now or never. The main issue was a lack of coordination with the electric company. (2) All work was completed on March 31. I got the bill on May 18. Due date: May 18! The electrician was there 2 hours, but the bill was for 3.5 hours. Bottom line: I chose Leading Edge over lower bids, but knowing everything I know now, I would make a different choice."

"Lion did a great job. Although the cost was quite a bit more than we anticipated, Gabe was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Fabian and his crew did a great job installing the fan. They were quick and polite."

"I hired some incompetent idiots to finish my basement, so I had to bring Jacob in to fix all the things they did wrong. Awesome work! Thanks Jacob!"

"This couldn't have gone better. Chuck and Mike were pros and they did a beautiful job. They handled everything so well and even got it done ahead of schedule since our Airbnb we were staying at wasn't going to let us stay any longer. I had trouble installing some of the ceiling fans after they left so they even came back and installed those back on the ceiling at no charge. These are very trustable folks and I will hire them for any job down the road involving painting, popcorn ceilings, drywall, or related services."

"Work went very well. Marty with Countryside is a consummate craftsmen. His attention to detail is excellent. Good experience."

"Hector was very easy to talk to. Very straightforward and efficient in his work. Highly recommended."

"Ken did a great job. I would recommend ken and breeze electric to anyone"
