"Our recent > 110F heat wave in Maple Valley required a working AC. Unfortunately for me, my AC blew a capacitor and fuse one day into the heat wave. Having an elderly parent and animals in the house made it essentially an emergency, as I only had one functional fan and what made things worse, is that PSE lost power for ~6 hours. After spending some hours investigating the problem, and identifying the capacitor as at least one problem, I spent another several hours calling around trying to get emergency help. While it looked glim, Allred had a cancellation and Rene Martinez from Allred met his schedule and fixed and verified those things that he could without main power online.
