When Frank came out to replace the fan, he lowered the thermostat setting and the fan worked. Wow, can you believe that, one simple test to realize the fan didn't need to be replaced. Frank adjusted the settings on the thermostats for both attic fans and only charged me a $60 service charge. He could have replaced the fan or charged me for it and I wouldn't have known the difference. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism! "Ben showed up to price the job when he said he would (Saturday) and gave us a price. He looked at the fans we purchased and told us down rods were needed for 2 of the 3 fans. We secured the down rods before he arrived to do the job two days later. He returned on Monday when he said he would to install the 3 fans. He installed the fans in a little over 3 hours. He charged exactly the amount he gave us as an estimate. He brought everything he needed to complete the job. Nicks came up with the solution of installing a new remote switch. He gave me the option of having a wireless remote or the remote installed to the wall.
