"This company offers free on site quotes and does not charge for the trip. They were able to come out next day on a holiday weekend to ground some [not properly] grounded outlets in my home on move in day. The person was patient and easy going even with all that was going on. He gave advice on possible electrical issues in our new home and what we may be looking at for cost in the future. He fixed the issue we called him for that same day and even added additional outlets for a very reasonable price. However he did not test the additional outlets he added and they ended up being useless. He is returning to fix the work but we have been rescheduled twice due to conflict. It is not an urgent issue but I feel as though he should have tested the outlets he added for us since we honestly did not really ask for them to be put in initially. Receptionist and contractor are both very nice and easy going though. Not intimidating to deal with if you are not familiar with electrical."
