Well I was wrong, these guys are fantastic, they came out the next day which was Saturday, the tech was right on time and super friendly and helpful after determining that the fan was defective he replaced it with a brand new updated model. Best of all there was no charge for the fan it was covered under warranty not only that they said the labor was included for free.
