"One fan was replaced; the other was not due to size of space and size of new fan. The plumbing leak was fixed and ceiling re-plastered. This project took two days. Although the work was completed satisfactorily, there was no clean up after they left the first day. I found plaster and nails in the toilet and nothing was vacuumed or swept. We had to use the bathroom that night in all its dust and debris in and on sink and toilet and floor. After the job was completed, the floor was vacuumed with their shop vac, but nothing else was cleaned. The reroute of the exhaust pipes were done in the laundry room. The washer and dryer were not covered or protected and the tops of those surfaces were used to place their tools, etc. Afterward, I had to scrape off drywall splatter off the appliances and clean all debris chunks from shelves, tables and ladders in the laundry room. Even the plastic garbage can in that room was splattered with drywall or paint and will not wipe off. I had to wash floors both nights from tracking plaster and snow throughout the basement. Plus clean the powder, dust and drywall from the sink and toilet. In the past, we have had our roof replaced, our deck replaced, our house painted which were two week projects each and after the workers left each night, one would not be able to tell that we've had any work done because they cleaned up after each day. I did not appreciate the lack of respect for my property. I even had to drag the old vent pipe which was left outside in the snow down to the garage and pick up the chunks of brick lying around outside and inside the house."
