Watching Brennan attack and solve the problem was almost as marvelous as having heat now. This guy has energy, expertise, thoroughness, and obvious pride in his work like you wouldn't believe. He is not technically a Wilson brother, but if they are smart they will make him a partner in the firm. He has won them a customer for life."
