"Installation of my ceiling fan was tougher than expected due to the replacement of a fan mounted on a 20' ceiling. Dale, and his helper, D'Jere, did an excellent job replacing my old ceiling fan with a new one I purchased. Installation required removing the old fan and its 8' droprod, and installing the new fan with a different droprod. The job required assembling a two-tier scaffold with the use of an additional stepladder to get to the ceiling. Dale and his partner worked meticulously to get the job done, and the result was perfection. After the installation was completed, and the scaffolding was removed, Dale and his partner walked around the living room picking up any wire insulation clippings and other small pieces left over on the floor. They left the place pretty much spotless. Dale and his partner did a fantastic job, and I would definitely hire them again."

The fans I purchased were meant for a ceiling with a much smaller pitch so they were not able hang straight as is. I thought I would have to wait and buy some additional hardware to complete the job but Antonio clearly communicated with me to show me why they wouldn’t work and talked me through a few ideas he wanted to try to make it work. It took a bit more time but in the end he was able to make some cuts and holes to the fans and they worked out great in the end. He saved me some time and money so I was happy to leave him with a tip."
