There were some issues with the wiring because I have an old outdated house and the fan I had purchased was not ideal for the wiring, but he came prepared and installed a remote control that resolved the problem and gave me options for how to use the fan and lighting. Awesome! I asked him for advice about other electrical project I am thinking of doing and he was patient and thorough in giving me advice and provided many options. "On 9/2/2020 I met with several electricians who were not being honest with their quotes. They were taking one quick look during the estimate, then throwing numbers at me. But not Francis. He took notes with his partner and sent me the estimate that evening. Francis was very professional, honest, and did a quick clean job. He removed the old fluorescent lighting and truly transformed the look. He worked with me on the types of lighting and what would work best before starting, which I appreciated. He took my choices and ideas into consideration and made this a wonderful experience. I hope to be adding more to this review soon and have already recommended him to others."

He is very conscientious- I hired him to remove old dropped lighting with old fluorescent long bulbs- Involved removing the dropped down wooden frame, adding recessed lights to ceiling, as well as a new quiet exhaust fan, separating the light switches so there would be one switch for lights, the other for the fan. His rates are very fair. He is now my "go to" electrician."
