During the initial consultation and estimate appointment, he was honest, friendly, and straightforward with a fair-priced estimate and he clearly explained exactly what he would do during the installation procedure. The actual installation only took a couple of hours and he was able to keep the number of wire routing holes he made in the walls to a minimum.
