"Great job! Replaced a ceiling fan for me. Very professional, polite, and clean. Great price!! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family."

"He was excellent, arrived on time and did project quickly and the price was right ! I highly recommend him !"

"Luis and his team did an outstanding job rewiring our entire home. I work from home, and they made sure to bring in an extension cord to hook up my router so that I never lost my internet connection. They were respectful of our home, and they cleaned up every evening so that we couldn't even tell they had been working on the house all day. They completed the entire job in only 3.5 days, which was significantly less time than we'd expected. They also fished the wires through the walls, leaving virtually no noticeable cosmetic damage to our drywall. We paid a very competitive price for the job and the exact number that Luis gave us in his estimate, even though I probably asked for a couple more new outlets than I'd originally been quoted for. Our new electrical system works great, and we feel like we have more peace of mind now. I would highly recommend LAD Electric to anyone looking for good, honest work at a fair price, and I will definitely be using them for any and all electrical work should I ever need anything down the line."

"Nick was great. Did everything he said he would. Pleasant personality, good price, and quality service. Would hire him again with no problem. Bill P"

"Adam is the kind of service technician you want in your house. I'm the kind of customer who wants to understand what's going on, why something broke, how I can prevent it, what are the alternatives, etc. He walked me through everything, explaining what he was doing as he was doing it, and stopping periodically to dive deeper into the details as I had questions. My AC needed a charge of coolant, but the air handler in the attic was also in a deteriorated state, with rust buildup and mold present. Adam showed me everything he was seeing and explained its significance. He also explained that our system is using a type of coolant (R-22) that is being phased out and that will become increasingly difficult to find. We got the AC working again for now, but it sounds like we need to replace our system. I will definitely be reaching out to Cotti-Johnson about that, and I hope the installers I get are as meticulous and knowledgeable as Adam!"

"Found the problem right away. Recommended getting a new ceiling fan because the connection between the remote and the fan was not working properly. Should get a fan with pull cords/chains."

"This company was great on time very professional would highly recommend them"

"He was very nice helpful and smart. He going to come back and do my wall mount in my living room"
