After all of the jobs were completed, he reviewed my ceiling fan instructions and asked me if there were any questions. Mr. Bush was very friendly and professional. Even though we had 18 foot high ceilings, they had a ladder that was tall enough for them to do the job so they didn't need to use scaffolding . When the old ceiling fan was removed, there were marks on the white ceiling from the old fan. They were able to cover the marks without painting. Cleaned up before they left. You cannot be more on time than that! They got right to work, they knew what to do, removed the mud ring, alerted me to a a couple minor quality issues with the fans (2 missing thumb screws, 1 globe with an internal crack), cleaned up and were done in less than 2 hours.
