There were some issues with the wiring because I have an old outdated house and the fan I had purchased was not ideal for the wiring, but he came prepared and installed a remote control that resolved the problem and gave me options for how to use the fan and lighting. Awesome! I asked him for advice about other electrical project I am thinking of doing and he was patient and thorough in giving me advice and provided many options. He took notes with his partner and sent me the estimate that evening. Francis was very professional, honest, and did a quick clean job.
