It starts with salesmen Jayron Diaz who submitted the job estimate to upgrade an electric panel to code. There was no surprise costs. Jayron was very professional and honest about the work. On the day of the service, Matt Wood and Sean arrived at the scheduled time as promised. Matt explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, and if I had any questions. Matt estimated the job would take approximately 6 hours. It actually only took 4 hours from start to finish and that included cleanup and minor repairs. I think Champion did an awesome job and I will call upon them for my next project."

He also went into detail on his estimate stating exactly what he was going to do. One other quote just stated, ..."Upgrade electrical service" and put an amount, and he also didn't come at scheduled appointment and I had to call him after waiting all day to ask if and when he was still planning to come. Other quote didn't even come to house and just gave me an amount over the phone."
