We had a list of several electrical projects we needed done: (1) a bedroom wall switch replaced (2) 2 lights added to our basement (3) a kitchen fluorescent fixture re-wired to accept LED lighting (4) a bathroom fan replaced and (5) an outlet with a dedicated circuit installed in our garage for the control box of a sprinkler system. The team of Todd and Tyler arrived at our house at the appointed time and got right to work. All of the work was done very professionally and we are very happy with the result. They were actually able to replace the motor in the old bathroom fan, which was less expensive than replacing the entire fan, and that was fine with us! The invoice was very clear about what work was done and we got a nice discount because we are ASAP members. "Excellent!!  A+! Ron Scott came out and walked with me around the house.  He patiently explained everything that his crew would do.  The house is thirty two years old and was previously owned by someone who didn't really keep it maintained very well so there was a lot to do.
Ron showed me the mold on the house and explained that they would get rid of that first.  Then there was the repairs since some of the boards and soffits were rotten due to holy gutters.  He explained in detail that they would prime the house with a thick coat of paint and the paint would need to be pushed up into the cracks between the boards. They delivered just as Ron said they would.
Again, we say "bravo"!!  They did a marvelous job.  Ron's personal attention was beyond anything any other contractor showed us.
Our neighbors have commented on how wonderful the house looks.

He also called us to tell us about things that need to be replaced, and where to buy parts at a reasonable price. He actually brought the mower back to us, and it was ready to be put up for winter.
