"Joe called me to follow up on a repair I needed for my ceiling fan. I didn't want to replace it because it matches the other fans in my house, but it wasn't working properly. I had done some research and thought I needed a new motor or capacitor. Joe very patiently walked me through how to look for the information to get the parts. And then he had me try some stuff on the fan and low and behold it started working!!! This fan had not worked for 7 years!!! He didn't even charge me for his time. Such a nice person and so patient and knowledgeable. Not alot of business people like that out there. It literally felt like a mini miracle. This fan has been stressing me out for years because it's in the guest room and I want my guests to be comfortable in the heat. Yeah!!!"
