"Kato was quick to call me and schedule an initial consult, and one of his electricians were here quickly to assess my issue in August 2018. As it turned out, we needed some parts that weren't immediately available so there was a bit of a wait. Since then, I have had to repeatedly call/text to get answers on when I could expect the completion of my attic fan replacement. In November, an electrician came back and tried to reinstall the fan, but the sizing was incorrect. This led to another month of back and forth. before I finally said don't bother anymore. The electrician who came to the house was terrific, but if you have to schedule follow-ups beyond the first visit, then be ready to spend a lot of energy trying to do that."
