He contacted me right away, quoted me a very fair price and we set up an appointment within a few days. He did a very thorough job installing the thermostat, plus took the time to explain some of the basics to me about programming it, etc. He also put down a drop cloth to protect my floor, which I noted. Other contractors have just let debris fall onto the floor (and left it there for me to clean up). He also gave me some helpful advice about my ductwork and other things.
