When we met to discuss replacing the windows he took his time to explain about the windows, and the differences between the windows.They suggested a slider window in the kitchen and dining room which we wouldn't have thought of but now we really like them. There were no surprise hidden cost. They were completely upfront with cost and financing, which they referred us to Pa State financing where we got a good interest rate.
 The windows arrived on the week that he said they should. When ever I had a question my calls were answered or returned promptly. The installers were excellent as well. Friendly and courteous.
