"The NETR folks were on time and friendly. They had a hard job to run the lines and set the compressor on our 3rd floor unit (basically the attic). It took them 2 days to run all the lines and also work with an electrician that they contracted (also part of the price) to get power to the compressor and the air handler units. They set up 2 air handlers, one in the living room the other in the bedroom. Both work well, although the heat pump cannot keep up on nights where the outside temp goes below 20. We make up for it with a portable radiator. The cooling however works extremely well."
