He explained what he found, what a normal reading should be, what my options were, and had the defective part replaced in minutes. He also discussed what Anthony's yearly service program was, and I quickly took advantage of it. A super deal. I would definitely hire Anthony's Heating / Cooling again. By the way, Anthony's H&C was the second technician I had come out. The 'other' popular HVAC company didn't seem like they knew what they were doing.
