"We've used Wilson Bros. for nearly 18 years for our major systems work. They've installed a 2-zoned HE gas furnace and 2 water heaters and done routine maintenance. Have also responded immediately in one or two emergencies. This is a family run organization. EVERYONE from accounting to technicians to estimators to the owner of the company are professional, personable and know what they're doing. And they get things done. They are not the cheapest in town, but their pricing makes sense and i'm willing to pay for the continuity. For less important things i'll use journeyman plumbers. But for the important stuff Wilson Bros. are my go-to folks. I can't say enough good things about them, if you couldn't already tell."

He replaced and rewired a bedroom ceiling fan; the new fan and light fixture are both working well. "Overall the work that was done was ?fine? Carmen was not on site for basically the entire project and we had a team of 2 do the work. There was an issue of a wire cut that I was not made aware of until I asked about it, we had a ceiling fan replaced and turns out that there was a short in the wiring that was completely ignored. I had another company take care of this after the fact.. house was not kept clean (no drop clothes and no boot covers while on site) this was likely due to no supervision. I had to clean up most of the mess at the end of the days and I had to dispose of all debris, boxes, etc. Pricing was fair but based on my experience I would not use them again. It?s unfortunate because Carmen seems great just too busy with other projects and not present. Communication was subpar. This was not a small project as we shelled out over 6k. Had it been a smaller project I may not be as critical."
