It was like it sucked it in and it broke into a million different pieces. I didn't know what to do so I just called Faerber's Bee Window and they had a guy here within an hour, swept up the glass, vacuumed inside the house, and took the frame out and said that they would order me a new one and come back and install it at no charge. He said it looked like something had hit it, possibly a bird, and the suction on the front door when I went to open it up was what made the glass just go over the place. They were very good. They were extremely personable and they did a great job. I thought the fact that I called them at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and they had somebody here in an hour to clean it up and order me a new one was amazing. They were very good.
