"He did the job well but was not upfront about the final cost. He quoted us $200-$250 over the phone which we thought was a decent enough price so we hired him. However after he installed the fan, he charged us $350. I asked why the price went up $100 and he said it was because it took longer. If that wAs the case, and we were not getting charged a fixed rate, the he should have told us this from the get go."
