He was very prompt and accommodating (after 5 pm) and did a great job installation both new fans. However, we realized I ordered a short down rod for the kitchen fan that the blades were hitting the sloped ceiling. "He did the job well but was not upfront about the final cost. He quoted us $200-$250 over the phone which we thought was a decent enough price so we hired him. However after he installed the fan, he charged us $350. I asked why the price went up $100 and he said it was because it took longer. If that wAs the case, and we were not getting charged a fixed rate, the he should have told us this from the get go."

"I was looking to get security cameras installed on the outside of the home and for an additional outlet in the garage. Eric was more than accommodating; he walked me through what needed to be done and offered me suggestions on how to improve the setup and make my home easier and cost effective for future additions/changes. The home builders made a couple mistakes that he fixed for me, and when it came to the camera instalation he used wedges to made them tangential with the ground and black silicone to seal them to the wall.
