Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."

"We got estimates of fencing from Rich. He brought books of samples and gave us price estimates via email. He was polite and friendly. We had to wait a few weeks before the actual work began. They had a lot of rain to deal with, and were having to finish previous jobs. I was pleased with the crew who put in the fence posts. They worked extremely hard in very hot conditions. It was another crew who did the fence, and they worked hard too, were polite, always asked questions to make sure we knew what was next in the process. The result is a very beautiful and sturdy fence. Everyone from the owner to both the crews were great people. Highly recommend this company. They are a smaller company, but they really care about their customers' satisfaction, and their product is excellent."
