I was very nervous about "Chimney" companies because I had heard so many horror stories, but this company was awesome! Sarah was great, professional, listened to what I had to say and quickly addressed my issue, I had someone here within 6 hours! Nate and Antonio were more than professional. Got the job done right the first time. I will actually be using this company for additional work to be performed. Price was reasonable, no complaints here 5 Star rating! Awesome job guys!"

Within a short amount time he found the stove we wanted , set up a payment plan. Chris went beyond and above to help us. "It is rare to find such quality, service, value and expertise. We bought our Enviro G39 gas fireplace after visiting the showroom a couple of times. We wanted a fireplace but didn't want the expense of masonry. However - gas fireplaces scared us! Dylan gave us all the information we needed (and more) to get comfortable. Since we had a contractor already remodeling our house - they installed the unit. However, we were still nervous and wanted the experts to review the install - just to be safe. Paul came out, reviewed the install, gave us a tutorial, answered 1,001 concerns until we felt safe and secure with our newly installed fireplace. They never rushed us, never made us feel stupid for asking so many questions, never failed to be friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Our investment was worth every penny. "I reached out to trip advisor and the name of the company came up I called they came and talked. The chimney was used for a wood stove but has not been used in close to 3 years. They suggested the wrap in wire and the cement over it. then seal it and put a cap on it. They worked hard but the underlayment of the wire shows and the cement is not put on to look very nice at all I do not think they used enough cement and did not know how to put that on so it would look like stucco or a cement chimney.. I really think for $2000.00. It could look better. I am disappointed because I used home advisor in hopes of not being dissatisfied and I did this trying to help a friend and I feel like we were actually taken advantage of. I will be unsubscribing from homeadvisore. I thought the company would be good companies. We were persistent and sent pictures. They returned Wednesday Sept 11, 2019. The chimney s appearance is acceptable. They said they were sorry and it was because of the cement mix. My Friend Heidi that owns the home is satisfied with its appearance and the cement overlay looks better now so hopefully it will remain looking good. I will say that they did come back to make the improvements. Thank You Heidi"
