"Mir contacted me right away, made appointment, gave the quote for the job and started right away. Work includes power wash of roof, exterior wall, cleaning of gutters and all the drain. He installed tha cover on all the gutter, replaced the damaged wood behind the gutter in front of the house. Alerted me about the loose bricks in our chminey which he fixed. Replaced the asphalt shingle on our roof that was leaking after the heavy rain. His painters Roland and Mike, did the exterior paint and worked closely with me until I was satisfied with the job. They caulk on all the places that I point to them. They always clean and carry their construction garbage at the end of the day. Mir aims for customer satisfaction and works closely with us. I will recommend them. All the works were done several days before the date I need the job done."

"We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work. Also included in the exterior of this job was stone carvings that needed repair/replacement. Out of all of the responses to our bids which we national bids we centered upon the most knowledgeable and gifted company probably the best in the U.S.A which was Grady"s Construction and Plastering of Wilkes-Barre, PA. His unique gifts had given us the opportunity to bring back the granger and integrity of this very important historical structure in downtown Washington, D.C. His honesty, talent and integrity is above and beyond any rating that your company offers."
