"They did a very clean job, laying down tarp around the work area. Once they were done, they vacuumed the space around the fireplace to collect any debris. The technician informed me of some cracks that were beginning to develop on hearth and provided an estimate for replacement which was appreciated. He wasn't pushy at all, just informing me of my options and said that I would be fine getting another season out of it. I definitely appreciate their honesty. At this point I'm more inclined to replace the whole unit with an EPA certified gas system, but I'd definitely look to them in the future for maintenance."

They climbed the roof, inspected the chimney and determined the flex pipe did not run the length of the two story chimney but was about 6-8' in length. They removed it and also took care of its disposal. And the cost was absurdly reasonable - dinner for two would have cost more. Can’t say enough good things about World Class Maintenance Inc. - these guys are the best!"
