"I contacted JVI to inquire about having an estimate done on our black walnut floors, which we needed to have refinished prior to listing our home.  I left a message for Dominic and he returned my call almost immediately.  He was very responsive and always punctual in our communication back and forth while working out the details of scheduling an estimate.  While we were unable to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet due to a snow storm, Dominic provided me with an estimate over the phone based on square footage and the scope of work, and even said he would be willing to reschedule other work to meet our timeline - which was a start date the very same week!  We ended up going with a different company mostly because we also needed a little vertical woodwork done to our banister, however, I was highly impressed with JVI and they certainly made the shortlist of companies to perform work.  Dominic was professional, knowledgeable and we would absolutely consider using JVI for future projects!
