"I was impressed, and pleased by the professionalism of the men who came to repair our pellet stove. The stove was old , and we ended up buying a new one. It was made simple by Chris. "Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had issues with our gas fireplace since it was installed by the builder. There was a very bad odor that kept us from using the fireplace, and it was very drafty too. Bob identified the problem right away. He inspected the fireplace, added some insulation to it and cleaned it.
He gave us instructions about what to expect regarding the odor, a description of what different odors mean and told us to call him if the problem persists.

"Bob was excellent. Came out within one day from calling him and gave me a written estimate. He started the job by the end of the week and was finished in two days. Workers were on time, courteous,and efficient. Bob was there the whole time and found several other things that needed to be done. He did them ,didn't charge any extra and made sure I was satisfied. The whole just turned out extremely well and looks great. The fireplace chimney was over 38 years old and now looks brand new and is safe again.
