Additionally, we had an old vintage gas heater that we didn't feel safe using, but Patrick was able to get it working again during the initial inspection. The inspection fee was just over $200, which felt very reasonable for the amount of work and expertise he provided. Mary, who handled our appointment scheduling, was also a huge help.
