Charlie returned my call, and we set up an appointment. He was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. It turned out that we didn't need any work at all, but Charlie only made this determination after doing a thorough check of the both fireplaces and the roof. And he didn't charge for the inspection of any of them. I felt bad he spent all that time and I couldn't pay him, but he didn't want a cent. I will use him in the future if the need arises, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs work on their fireplace."

Additional time is $75/hr and I charge $1/mile for travel expenses. I am an authorized distributor for Modern Home Products (MHP) and can provide competitively priced replacement parts and even brand-new grills directly to you. As of now (September 2026) I am a one-man show. I currently do not run gas lines but may add this service in the future based on demand. One more thing, I do not offer a "grill cleaning" service. I will wipe down and vacuum out your grill, but I don't use any chemicals / polish.\n
