I called because there was a water leak coming into the ceiling of the 2nd floor of our older house, near the chimney. Jose came out the same day, got on the roof, diagnosed the problem and sent me pics of the area of the leak with a quote (it was reasonably priced). He did a great job. Jose is pleasant and professional, and he's any excellent craftsman. I'd use him again, without hesitation."

Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. "Dennis was nice to work with. He was professional, and did a great job explaining everything. I've had other roofs repaired and replaced, but repairing a tile roof was a first. When I called around for bids, there were not a lot of roofing contractors who would repair tile. The kind of tile used on the house is discontinued. To repair the roof, I had to wait for replacement tiles to be available from the tear off of another tile roof that was being replaced. Dennis explained that the chimney flashing needed repaired, AND the moss buildup in the roof valley was directing water right to the chimney. He explained his approach to scheduling roofs and repairs to me (first in, first out). A few of the other reviewers have grumbled about this, but I found it to be reasonable. I had no problems. The roof is repaired, clean, and looks a lot nicer. The price was fair. I'd hire him again."
