"I called Ballard and the lady who answered was very nice and helpful. She told me when someone could be out to provide an estimate (1 business day). The person came out and left a written estimate for me. I then had to wait a few days for another vendor to provide me another estimate. Ballards estimate was $25 higher than the second estimate (with AL discount) but their response time and communication made me feel more comfortable using them. I sent the estimate back to Ballard via email. They called the next morning and we scheduled the time for the work to be completed. They came on the scheduled day. Cut and removed the limb from the shed. They then removed all of the wood from the yard. They left or sent a paper invoice and also sent one electronically. I paid with a credit card online.
