"Working with Juan was smooth from start to finish. Juan called ahead and arrived to provide an estimate for the project. He listened to my concerns (including need to accommodate a difficult tenant and financial constraints) and was able to provide me a verbal estimate during this conversation that was followed up with a written estimate via email. I also received 3 other estimates and his was the most competitive. In addition to the specified work he also leveled and groomed the the earth in the area where the old deck had been. He has a can-do attitude and inspired confidence. He did not try to upsell me and suggested some less costly options. He assured me I would be pleased and I was most definitely happy with the finished results. Juan went above and beyond and is trustworthy, conscientious, and easy to work with. I was not able to be present for the work and Juan sent me photos of the work as it progressed. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will be hiring him for future projects."

Gary Bracher came out in the summer and measured the fireplace and gave me an estimate of the work to be done and the cost. I called Gary a couple of weeks ago and informed him that I would like to proceed with the work we had discussed. He gave me a date he could start the work and we agreed regarding the start date and price quoted.

Gary is a professional and very meticulous regarding his work. He made sure that protective sheeting was placed on the floor from the entryway to the fireplace. He did the cutting of the brick in the driveway and all went as planned except the original gas pipe had to be replaced and the bottom brick had to be brought in from LA. He took care of everything in a timely manner and completed the job ahead of schedule. Gary cleaned all the glass door surfaces that were stained from years of wood fires. The fireplace looks great and definitely heats the room!

"Everything went well.  They use drop cloth on floor and kept everything spotless.  It is like taking your car for a service and they find some hidden problems that you are not aware of, but it ends up costing more money than the original estimate.  However, it gave me a peace of mind that I know my fireplace and chimney are safe to use.

We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. Zohar had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than that… a lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace.
