"I was impressed, and pleased by the professionalism of the men who came to repair our pellet stove. The stove was old , and we ended up buying a new one. It was made simple by Chris. Within a short amount time he found the stove we wanted , set up a payment plan. Chris went beyond and above to help us. "Inspection was very extensive inside and out. Various cracks in the flue as well as the bricks. The technician ( Drew) was very professional with the explanation of the extent of the damage. I agreed to have it taken care of inside and out. Made the appointment. Each day the tech would call to alert me with arrival time. They (Drew, Wayne & Harry) removed the old flue and the firebrick in the fireplace. Replaced with new brick and a stainless steel liner. Replaced about 20 brick on the outside and applied water repellent to the brick. Added a new chimney cap. The technicians were extremely polite and thorough. Would use again."

"This one is a winner. 5 stars for sure. Professional, fair and knowledgeable. The office was great in helping reschedule my appointment and the technician took the time to explain the difference in the performance of my wood burning stove and my wood burning fireplace. I have a pellet stove at another location that I am going to have him check out as well.
