"We have a gas chimney, they were very nice, and showed up when they stated they were going to. They noticed our gas chimney, and stated they could not do the cleaning. The owner stated that he had a contact of a guy that would do the cleaning, and he would forward the payment that I sent through AngiesList. The follow up and contact information was never received. $99 was not reimbursted, and I did not get a call back from the owner. Relatively unsatisfied, a bit disappointed."
