"Thank you North American Chimney & Gutter Corp team for coming out to check and clean my chimney. We use our fireplace pretty regularly so I knew we needed to get someone out here soon to clean it out. It was very easy to schedule (and re-schedule) my appointment thanks to Amy. Marco and Micheal showed up early and was in and out very quickly. They left my fireplace in awesome condition and assured me that it was safe to use. "Steve from Chimney and Duct Experts came on site did a very thorough inspection/quote for free. He took phones with drone and explained what needs to be done. Steve came back in a week, cleaned, installed a new liner, top plate, tee and cap. Also applied moisture blocker. After the project is done, I no longer smell the leaky exhuast from the furnace coming out of the wood stove. I'm very satisfied with the project."

"Spoke to CS rep Amanda twice, said, "make sure the guys know that I got a wood-burning fireplace insert (wood-burning stove) ". She acknowledged by saying "of course the do". Surprise! - "Amanda doesn't tell us nothing" is the response from the guys when they showed up. They did the work, made recommendations. The are a bit expensive (it's prolly season related) - $180 for cleaning. Would hire again, but would like to shop around for cheaper prices."
