"Al came out initially on time (early actually!) was exceptionally professional and gave a tiered quote on work that "needs" to be done and "could" be done with fair pricing. We scheduled the work for a later date and Al returned and did a fantastic job! He was punctual (again) and efficient-completing all the agreed upon work in a timely manner. He also plugged a hole in the back of our fireplace we didn't know about until we removed the wood burning stove and filled extra cracks on the chimney after capping it. I would definitely hire him again and have even referred him to some friends and relatives... 5+ stars from a very happy customer!"

"Tom and his staff do professional work. He replaced our 24 year old chimney cap with a beautiful stainless steal one that has a lifetime warranty. He is down to earth and personable and dedicated to making sure his customers are 100% satisfied. He makes it VERY easy to correspond with him via text bc he responds quickly regarding appointments, as well as questions morning, day and night. "Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had issues with our gas fireplace since it was installed by the builder. There was a very bad odor that kept us from using the fireplace, and it was very drafty too. Bob identified the problem right away. He inspected the fireplace, added some insulation to it and cleaned it.
He gave us instructions about what to expect regarding the odor, a description of what different odors mean and told us to call him if the problem persists.

"Had this company clean/inspect our wood burning stove when we bought our house a year ago. After the huge wind storm the cap for the chimney fell off. Called around 11am to get it repairs… Chris had his crew around our area was literally there in less than 20 minutes and everything was fixed! Awesome company. Will be using them for everything."

"I originally called Paul to have him inspect/service our existing fireplace. He was punctual and very knowledgable and gave us some much needed information on how the system works and answered a bunch of questions for us. We then decided it might be nice to upgrade our system to something more modern (i.e. get rid of the gold trimmed glass and get a system with a remote). He recommended an awesome place for us to go to where we had an equally great experience. After the system came in, Paul picked it up for us and brought it with him for the install. Him and his helper, Juan, were great again, installing our new system and walking us through how it all works. Really enjoyed working with Paul and would absolutely hire/recommend him."
