They provided an immediate clean up estimate and I hired them to do that work to protect against further damage . They recommended that a gas fireplace was not a safe option so we talked through options for an electric insert. I decided to wait on that but was very impressed with customer service and quality of work."

"They were prompt and courteous. They asked a few questions and answered all of our questions. We were new to fireplaces. We are both elderly...these guys took the time to explain the whole process associated with fireplaces. We had called them out to check only one of our fireplaces. I was so impressed with them that I ask them to check out our other. Their fees for checking the second fireplace was reasonable. So reasonable in fact that I tipped them substantially."

"Joe and his guys, Tony and Sean, did a great job with my bathroom. They installed porcelain tile in the shower and bordered it with colorful mosaic tile which was also installed above my new vanity to bring the room together. They also installed a new light in the shower and a nice fan/light in the bathroom ceiling (they did all the plumbing and electric ). A beautiful "wood" porcelain floor was laid as well as they installed the vanity lights, new mirror, storage unit and all the bath fixtures. The bathroom door was also replaced and they also did all the painting for me. I don't think I could have beat the price and they all did a wonderful job. Any questions or concerns I had were handled promptly and I was very happy with the work and their professionalism. I would have no reservations about recommending this company for your renovation. I am a very happy customer! Love my new master bath!!"

"Due to weather , had to do all work from inside. I was told there would be no dust/soot to worry about. He brought one small drop cloth that would not have even covered the rug he was walking across to the fireplace. However, I had covered my leather sofa and some of the area rug in front of fireplace. After he left, I found a light dusting of sooty residue on a few nearby surfaces. Not sure if the vacuum was working properly but I would recommend covering all furniture or rugs in immediate area."
