"Wu's team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in three days; I wanted three coats of polyurethane. Particularly difficult was the job of removing some carpeting under radiators, which I was not able to remove, but they were able to get out except for a couple of carpet tack strips against the wall. Those strips will stay for now. The communication with Wu was good, despite it being the holiday season and New Year, which was approaching."

"NE Flooring was very responsive in meeting my project needs. They quickly sent a person to look at the work required, then sent pictures of the repair needed and within minutes I received their quote. I found their quote very reasonable but waited a couple of days to receive other quotes. When I decided to go with NE Flooring, just prior to the busy July 4th weekend, they immediately sent a team to make the repair the next day. They were able to do an outstanding job in repairing the floor and matching the stain on my flooring. They even came back the following day to check their work and to put another protective coating on the floor. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them."
