"They were thorough and communicative throughout the process and Joe did a good job in terms of setting expectations. His crew was also quick and good to work with. Our house is about 90 yrs old and the floors have never been touched, so there was a lot to be done in terms of repairs and sanding."

"Reed flooring was very professional. They arrived on time and finished the carpet install in the time they said they would. I would highly recommend them, excellent work."

"Ani and his brother were timely, communicative and sent updates when each piece of work was done. The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"Lawrence and his crew were fantastic he got me a proposal very fast, a price I could afford and a date to start that accommodated me very well. They were all very polite, friendly, organized and cleaned up very well. The best part is I have a floor that I've been wanting for so long. Lawrence answered all my questions about the products to use, drying time etc. etc. etc. I would have posted a before picture but I would never take one the floor was so bad. It came out beautifully and I'm sure Lawrence will have pictures on his website. Thank you so much Hollywood floors I will definitely have you come back for the other rooms."

"This contractor is wonderful! Mr. Narine and his assistants were at my home within a week of when my husband contacted him. He installed the vent fan we wanted and was so professional and quick and neat cleaning up everything behind themselves. We could not have asked for anyone better!"

"Did a great job. John was prompt, friendly and worked hard to complete my floors. He left the area very clean. Professional. I would highly recommend him for wood floor restoration."

"The installers were highly competent and professional, but for whatever reason they came up short on the oak flooring, and the warehouse had none of baseboard trim in stock the morning they came to our house so they had to come back a week or so later to complete the project."

"It was very nice inspection"
