"The installation of my floor was great from start to finish. Don Diehl brought samples, discussed all the details and was very easy to work with. He checked in and assessed the installation and ensured that everything was done well. His crew was awesome. The main crew member worked ridiculously hard removing the existing floor and installing the luxury vinyl plank replacement floor with care and expertise. The remaining crew returned to assist in the completion of the job and finishing up the details, such as the trim. The entire experience was painless. Don oversaw the job from start to finish and his crew members were experts. They were meticulous and cleaned up perfectly. The price was fair and honest with no pressure and no hidden costs. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
