He arrived at the time we had agreed upon and was very thorough, helpful, and professional. Rick and Jamie arrived early Thursday morning to begin the project. They were here exactly when they said they would be and worked professionally and efficiently through that day. They arrived early Friday to continue the refinishing, and actually finished our floors Friday evening.
