Our rustic white oak solid wood flooring was made to order by a third party. Unfortunately, production of the flooring was delayed on a couple of occasions. When I called to update Aleksey of the flooring delays, he was always positive and quick to adjust his schedule to make our job a priority. Once our flooring from the third party arrived, Aleksey allowed for appropriate acclimation of the product and then got right to work. Aleksey was punctual, hardworking, and put in full days of work. His communication was excellent, he answered questions we had, and he addressed any concerns we had with the knowledge base of an expert. Aleksey pays close attention to detail and strives for perfection in his craft. No corners were cut, I’m sure of that. In fact, I watched as Aleksey went above and beyond to make our flooring look great, exceeding our expectations. Aleksey stayed on budget, with no surprises as it related to project cost. I will recommend AVA Construction to anyone I know in need of new/refinished flooring. If the need arises, I will absolutely use AVA Construction in the future, but I truly believe the floors he installed will last a lifetime. "I am so lucky that they did my floor. Kitchen and dining room. The flooring is so beautiful and tough, it really is beauty meets beast as the boxes had written on it. The dogs claws haven't made one scratch. I couldn't have found anything better than the Shaw floors they used. They were so fast and so detailed at installing, it was amazing to see. I was shocked at how few little scraps were left, the way they cut the pieces to fit the corners perfectly and fit all the pieces together, and so fast! I couldn't be happier, you can tell that they are so experienced and professional, the floor is perfectly put together, I just can't get over how amazing and beautiful it is. Pictures don't do it justice but I tried to take a couple that shows it's beauty. I know they stay busy so if you schedule them to do a floor you need, you will be as lucky and happy as I am❣️"
