"I am very pleased with the work that Mid South Flooring did on the installation of new engineered hardwood flooring in our home. The flooring looks great! Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It took us a bit of extra time to choose the right flooring for our needs and Danny was patient and accommodated us with plenty of samples to choose from. Everything about the project was handled professionally and timely. I also appreciated their use of equipment with attached vacuums during the demolition of the existing floor to limit the amount of dust and debris. They expertly handled one unexpected challenge with the conversion of carpeted stairs to hardwood and charged me a very reasonable fee in the process. The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
